By accessing or using Exitura Valuation (the "Service"), operated by Econ International Group ("EIG", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Exitura Valuation provides automated business valuation estimates, exit readiness insights, and related reporting tools. Valuations are algorithmic estimates generated from the information you provide and publicly available market data. They are not formal appraisals, fairness opinions, or financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any transaction or decision.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data and other inputs you submit. You retain ownership of your data. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service, generate your reports, and produce anonymized, aggregated market statistics.
Certain reports, premium features, and buyer subscriptions require payment. Fees are stated at checkout and processed through our payment providers. Unless otherwise stated, purchases of individual reports are non-refundable once the report has been generated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and may be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to bypass access controls, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, submit data you have no right to submit, impersonate others, or use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The Service, including its software, valuation methodology, content, and branding, is owned by EIG and protected by intellectual property laws. Your right to use the Service is limited to these Terms and does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Valuation ranges depend entirely on the quality of inputs and market assumptions, which change constantly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EIG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from reliance on Service outputs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
